Leadership
Built by people who use it.
We are a small company running a large estate, which only works if the people making decisions are the people close to the work.
How decisions are made
Two people, or it does not happen.
Anything that moves money or changes what customers are charged requires two distinct people: one to propose it and a different one to approve it. That is enforced by the systems themselves, not by convention, so a single account cannot both make and bless a change to a fee, a payout or a refund. Every decision of that kind is recorded with who proposed it, who approved it and why.
Individual profiles are not published yet
We would rather show you nothing than a page of titles that does not match who is actually accountable this quarter. Profiles go up as appointments are confirmed. Until then, governance questions go through a ticket and reach a named person.
