Bolrach is incorporated in Canada, which is where the company is registered and governed. We serve customers and operate infrastructure across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Where a product touches regulated activity, such as payments, it operates under the entity licensed for that market rather than under one umbrella that claims to cover everything.
